County Wide Training
The VRC offers workshops and conferences designed to meet the needs of your organization. Our mandate is to provide the Voluntary Sector the knowledge, skills and abilities to develop and manage effective volunteer programs within their organization. Training provided through the VRC covers all segments of the Volunteer management Cycle (planning, design, recruitment, screening, training, managing, recognizing and retention). The VRC also has the capacity to develop customized training based on the needs of individual organizations.

Connection to Training
The VRC can also connect your organization to provincial and national training opportunities. We work closely with both Volunteer Alberta and Volunteer Canada to ensure organizations in our area have access to training, research and resources available through these organizations.
